Initially, with the use of a simple and effective design, me wanted to make sure that our platform would be easy-to-use by everyone. We also decided to charge absolutely nothing, because we believe that everyone has the right to work and create a future and what better way to start, than have the eyes of thousands of employers…on you!
What’s more, we placed this powerful tool at the hands of Greek Hoteliers and employers: a platform ready to locate employees instantly through specific criteria: Area, City or Department of Greece, Sex, Specialty, Experience, Availability to Commute and Desired Salary. Combining this information with a short, self-presentative video each employee creates and the video-interview function of our platform, we can say we made CVs…obsolete! And proudly so, as we have first-handedly experienced the frustration and ineffectiveness of this medium. We are excited to know human resource managers using InnJobs are saving a tremendous amount of time and effort whilst discovering promising individuals!
