Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation of seminars due to organizer’s decision or force majeure



The organizers reserve the right to change the date of each seminar, informing the trainees by phone and e-mail. In this case, the trainees are entitled to request a full refund of their fees if they do not want to attend the seminar on the new date.


The organizers also reserve the right to change the program of a seminar or to cancel it. In case of cancellation of the seminar, trainees will be informed by phone and e-mail. In case of cancellation for any reason, the refund will be made either by canceling the credit card charge (if you have paid by credit card) or by depositing into a bank account, which you will indicate to us.


In the event of a strike, government bans, bad weather conditions and generally any event beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, which causes an obstacle to the execution of part or all of the seminar, the organizers reserve the right to change the date and time of its holding. In this case the fees are not refunded, but are valid as they are.


Changing or canceling a seminar due to a customer’s request



The user who may wish to cancel or modify his reservation in a seminar, must send his request as soon as possible to info@innjobs.net


For cancellation of participation in the seminar by the learner up to 7 days before the date of the program, the full amount of tuition is refunded. For cancellation of participation in the seminar by the trainee 3 days before the date of the program, refund of 50% of the amount.

For cancellation of participation in the seminar by the trainee on the day or after the start of the program, as well as if he leaves voluntarily during the seminar, no refund is made.


If necessary, a refund will be made either by canceling the credit card charge (if you have paid by credit card) or by depositing into a bank account, which you will indicate to us.
