1. How do I make my registration to the platform?

Employee Registration:

Users have the option to be enrolled in 2 ways:

1. By filling out the form that appears.

Fill in the details and select Register to proceed.

2. By using any of the social media accounts like Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter.

 

The following describes the fields in each step of the registration form:

1. Personal Information

  • Name – Obligatory

Pre filled from the original registration form.

  • Last name – required

Pre filled from the original registration form.

Date of Birth – Obligatory

  • Sex – Obligatory

Pre filled if registration has been submitted through a social network.

Nationality; – Obligatory

Select from list

2. Contact Information

  • E-mail – Obligatory

Pre filled from the original registration form.

  • Username – Obligatory

Pre filled if registration has been submitted through social networks

  • Phone – Obligatory
  • Address – Obligatory

During filling out the address, certain options are automatically displayed to the user based on what typed The user selects the right address.

  • City – Obligatory

Filled in automatically by selecting the address.

  • Postcode – Obligatory

Filled in automatically by selecting the address.

  • Country

Filled in automatically by selecting the address.

  • I can move from place to place

Indication of whether the user can move from his home city

  • Skype
  • Viber

3. Information Profile

  • Employment Sector – Obligatory

Select from list (Hotels and Foodservice).

  • Specialty – Obligatory

Select from list.

  • Experience – Obligatory

Select from list.

  • Languages – Obligatory

Select from the list that appears in the window. The user can make more than one choices.

  • Mixed Earnings Per Day

The selection is made by moving the slider to the desired value.

  • What defines me – Obligatory

4. Photo & Video

  • My Photo – Obligatory

Pre filled if registration has been submitted through a social network.

The user can upload the photo by clicking Upload your photo or take one by clicking the button take a photo (if the device used has a camera).

  • Two Words For myself In 20 Seconds

The user can take a 20 seconds video by clicking on the screen that appears.

If the device has no camera, the user fills in the text field that appears.

On completing all required fields in the form, the user clicks the button Complete Record and the following screen is displayed.

2. How can I pay?

• Payment via PayPal

By choosing payment via PayPal, the system redirects the user to the PayPal page where the necessary data is completed and the payment procedure is carried out.

• Payment by Credit Card (Alpha e-commerce)

• Payment via SMS

3. Can I express interest in different ad specialty and area of mine?

No, a warning message appears and the process cannot be completed.

4. What happens if you lose your password?

In case of a password loss a form will pop up which asks you to fill in your email address to send you a link which will ask you to enter a new password.

5. What happens when the free subscription period ends?

Once connected to the platform you will be redirected to the page for registration renewal where you are asked to select one of the available payment methods to renew your subscription.

6. How long does the subscription on the platform last?

Subscription to the platform takes one calendar year and starts from the day of registration.

7. Who can make my recommendations?

Recommendations for the employees may be made by the employer as well as by other employees.

8. What changes can I make to my profile after my registration?

The user has the ability to process data that was set in the process of registration, except for the Email and Username, and inform them by clicking the Save button.

9. How can I contact you?

You can contact us via e-mail and by telephone at 210 XXXXXXX.

10. How can I find other colleagues?

To find a colleague, you select “Find other colleagues” to your main menu and a new window will be open. In this step you fill in the details of the colleague you want to search. Attention, you can search for a fellow by his first and last name or expertise but not only the name or only the last name.

11. What is “My Star”

In this screen you can identify the stars that you have been given by other colleagues and employers. The stars show the preference they have on your face and their opinion on your being an employer or a co-worker.

12. Can I speak with the employer?

You cannot talk to the employer, unless there is an agreement for commercial cooperation.

13. What is the difference of my favorite ads and ads?

“My Ads” refer to items which the employee has expressed an interest to take the position.

“My favorite ads” are related to items that the employee has shown a preference to a job without expressed interest.

14. What means immediately available?

It means that the worker can offer its services to the employer directly.

15. What means I can move?

Available to move is the worker who can work in areas outside the residence which has declared.

16. How can I do a recommendation?

To make a recommendation to a colleague you can choose the “Find other colleagues” field and search for their name. When the results appear, choose the colleague you wish and the “recommendation” button will display and you can complete your recommendation.

17. What are the messages and how do I write a message?

The messages are a way of communication between you and other colleagues. Communicating through messaging is available only among employees. You can send a message by using the option “Find other colleagues” and once you find a colleague you are interested in getting into contact with, press the “Send message” option so that a field will appear where you can fill in your message
