Porto Kea Suites, a 5-star hotel on Kea island, is looking for an experienced Captain / Head Waiter for the F&B department of the hotel for the summer season of 2023.

Responsibilities:
The captain / head waiter will be responsible for the proper functioning of the F&B department. In particular, the captain / head waiter has to:

Train, manage and supervise the F&B team by ensuring that staff has the necessary motivation and the required knowledge to perform their daily tasks
Ensure the provision of high quality service and guest satisfaction by pro-actively handling guests queries and complaints
Increase sales by upselling food, beverages and drinks to guests and build rapport with them
Ensure that all restaurant facilities are cleaned and properly stocked
